This is Umi-no-Chou's basic food concept. Umi-no-Chou only uses seafood caught in the sea near Ise, like Ise lobster and abalone. Based on the idea of "local produce for local consumption", only carefully selected fruits, vegetables and seasonings are used.
We are grateful to be able to eat life nurtured by nature. Only the best ingredients are used, after careful selection. The ingredients are prepared no more than is necessary. But we work carefully. We always aim to impress our guests with ingenious flavors and dishes.

The grand panorama of Ise-Shima can be enjoyed from any room. Japanese-style rooms where you can relax and lounge. Western-style rooms with tatami, offering both the relaxation of a Japanese room and the comfort of a bed. A spacious suite with an open-air bath where you can bathe while enjoying the view of Ise Bay all you want without having to worry about the eyes of others. The changing seasons and a calm ocean, seen from a large bath. In the open-air bath, your cheeks will be caressed by a sea breeze with a scent of the ocean. Relax mind and body with the wide, open view and warm water smooth to the skin.
Guests are welcomed by the view of the blue ocean beyond the wide lobby windows and the site's 500 cherry blossom trees. A private beach with wide shallows and outdoor swimming pools is available during the summer. An atmosphere of relaxation and healing is created by the fresh flowers and antiques casually placed throughout the ryokan.
